Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved pieces) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless damaged upon arrival).

Return Process

  • Email us at info@zeolli.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief explanation of your return request.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition or show signs of wear.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

Damaged or Defective Items

At ZEOlli, we strive for perfection, but we understand that accidents can happen.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@zeolli.com with photos of the damage and your order details.
  • We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

Custom Orders & Engraved Pieces

Custom-made items are made with love and care specifically for you. As such, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
